What data we process

We process the data you give us when contacting us by WhatsApp, phone or email (name, contact details and transport details) and the data you enter in the website inquiry form: goods, origin, destination and temperature requirements.

Inquiry form and AI processing

When you click “Recommend transport”, the form data is sent to our server and processed by an artificial intelligence model, through our technology provider's AI gateway (Lovable), to suggest a transport type and draft an inquiry. The recommendation is indicative and does not produce automated decisions with legal effects on you.

The website does not store this data in any database. The AI provider processes it only to generate the response, under its own terms: [COMPLETAR: confirm provider retention period and any international transfers].

Please do not include personal or confidential information in the form. The draft only reaches MB Logística if you choose to send it yourself via WhatsApp.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your inquiries and prepare transport quotes. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling inquiries received.

Recipients

Technology providers that supply web hosting and the AI service, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to contact us that way, which processes data under its own policy. We do not share data with third parties unless legally required.

Retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle it and, where applicable, for the legal periods that apply: [COMPLETAR].
